Music Mania Competition - Terms & Conditions ©

1.1. These terms and conditions apply for Music Mania’s competitions only.
1.2. All competitions on the Music Mania site that are provided by our associates have their own terms and conditions and these can usually be seen as a link on their own websites.
1.3. Music Mania cannot be held responsible for any competition that you take part in that has not been devised by us.
1.4. Any problems that you may have with non-Music Mania competitions, provided on our website, must be taken up with the providers of that competition. Do not contact Music Mania regarding such competitions.

2.1. You may take part in as many of our competitions as you like but you are only permitted to take part in each competition once.
2.2. If you attempt to take part in the same competition more than once it will lead to you being disqualified from that competition.
2.3. If you attempt to take part in the same competition more than once it could lead to you being disqualified from all competitions on the Music Mania website.
2.4. Disqualification will be decided by the editor of Music Mania and the decision will be final.

3.1. Not all competition winners will win a prize.
3.2. Winners of our competitions usually get put into a draw of which one or several winners will be selected at random to win the prize.
3.3. To clarify 3.1 and 3.2, by winning a Music Mania competition you are NOT guaranteed to win a prize unless you are picked at random from all of the winners.

4.1. Prize winners will be notified by email.
4.2. The prize winner will be given 30 days to reply to the email to claim their prize.
4.3. No prize will be given if the winner does not reply to the confirmation email within the said 30 day period. This is non negotiable.
4.4. The 30 day reply period will begin from the date that the prize confirmation email is sent.
4.5. You must reply to the email with the email address you gave us when you took part in the competition. 

5.1. The winner can only claim their prize by providing Music Mania with a valid UK postal address that we can send their prize to. You must also provide us with your name so we can address the parcel to you personally. Rest assured that both your email address, and postal address will be kept confidential by us and will NOT be passed on to third parties. 
5.2. Your prize offer will be withdrawn if you do not provide Music Mania with a valid UK address that we can send your prize to.
5.3. Prizes will be dispatched in the post under recorded delivery.
5.4. We make no promise what-so-ever as to when your prize will arrive, although we will strive to make sure it is in a reasonable time scale.
5.5. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your prize reaches you in good condition.
5.6. We will take no responsibility if your prize in damaged or broken when it arrives to your given address.
5.7. We are not obliged to replace any prize that doesn’t reach you in perfect condition.
5.8. Music Mania has the right to substitute a prize for a completely different one to that stated. This will only happen if our prize provider does not provide us with the prize.

6.1. Music Mania has the right to withdraw any competition without warning.
6.2. Music Mania has the right to ban or suspend you from taking part in our competitions without reason.
6.3. Music Mania reserves the right to change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time without warning.
